Ways to Give
Giving through Auckland Foundation means that your donation is giving in perpetuity, with two main ways to give. The Auckland Together Fund is Auckland Foundation's own fund, which supports local projects across Tāmaki Makaurau where the need is most crucial. We also manage a number of Donor Advised Funds, which are how people set up their own fund, to give to the causes that they care about most.

Auckland Together Fund
The Auckland Together Fund (ATF) provides wrap around support for communities and projects across Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland. Key areas of support include mental health, safe & secure shelter, food sovereignity, environmetnal resilience, financial resilience, community resilience and education.
The ATF is Auckland Foundation's public fund, that anybody can donate to. To donate, please click the button below, or find out further information about the ATF.

Donor Advised Funds
Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) are the fastest growing form of philanthropy in the world. A DAF is an alternative to establishing your own Foundation or Trust as a vehicle to facilitate your giving, during your lifetime or as a gift in your will. DAF's can be established by individuals, groups or families, corporate organisations, trusts and charitable organisations.
Setting up a DAF allows donors to give to bespoke causes that they care about most. Donations are invested and the ongoing income earned from that investment is used to give to these causes. This structure means that when you give through a DAF, you are giving in perpetuity - long into the future for generations to come.
Some of the Donor Advised Funds that we manage can also be donated to by members of the public.
