Your accounts must include a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement, and must be sent in PDF format only.

If you would like to attach more than one document (e.g. multiple letters of support), you will need to save these as one file before attaching.

Please submit your completed application form and supporting documents to Auckland Foundation no later than 5pm, Monday 17th March 2025.

All applications received will be acknowledged by email within 2 working days. If you do not receive an email, then please check that we have received your application.

It is your responsibility to make sure that your application has been received by us. We are unable to accept any late applications, or any submitted applications that do not use this form.
